70% of Cuba’s population has power back after blackout

After the national grid collapsed last Friday, there were three days of country-wide blackouts throughout the island. Power has now been restored for much of the country, but the fallout of days without power has shaken many. FRANCE 24’s Ed Augustin in Havana has more.
