France at ‘turning point’ over budget and government, says finance minister

France is facing a “turning point” said Finance Minister Antoine Armand on Tuesday as Prime Minister Michel Barnier is under threat of no-confidence motions from MPs on the far-right and left over a social security budget bill he forced through parliament on Monday.
