Lebanon army chief, Joseph Aoun fails in first round of presidential vote

Lebanon’s army chief Joseph Aoun failed to garner the two-thirds majority to become president in the first round of a parliamentary vote for the much-needed head of state. FRANCE 24’s correspondent Rawad Tahar tells us more.
