For decades, the Mount Kumgang Reunion Center hosted tearful reunions of families separated by the 1950-53 Korean War. Pyongyang’s unilateral demolition of the facility was an “inhumane act” that “tramples” on the hopes of separated families, South Korean authorities said on Thursday.
