Hamas calls for talks on next phase of ceasefire after hostage-prisoner exchange

Militant group Hamas on Thursday said it was ready to begin talks on the second phase of a fragile ceasefire in the Gaza Strip after hundreds of Palestinian prisoners were released from Israeli jails overnight in exchange for the bodies of four Israeli hostages. Hamas added that the only way the dozens of remaining hostages in Gaza would be released is through negotiations and committment to the ceasefire.
