Trump cuts financial lifeline for Venezuela by ending permit to export oil to US

US President Donald Trump announced Wednesday the end of a permit issued by the United States government that allowed energy giant Chevron Corp. to pump and export Venezuelan oil, ending what had become a financial lifeline for the South American country. Also in this edition, the US FBI has accused a North Korean hacker group of being behind the largest crypto heist in history, which allegedly stole 400,000 Ethereum tokens from the cryptocurrency exchange Bybit on Friday.
