Several dead after twin explosions rock AFC rebel alliance meeting in DR Congo

Two explosions at a meeting in Bukavu organised by the AFC rebel alliance that includes the M23 armed group killed at least 11 people and wounded around 60, according to a hospital source. The meeting took place in the eastern Congo city of Bukavu, which was captured in recent weeks by Rwanda-backed M23 fighters.
