United States says it brokered deal to end fighting in the Black Sea

The White House says both Russia and Ukraine have agreed to stop military strikes in the Black Sea, as well as to implement a ban on strikes against energy facilities… after separate meetings between American officials and delegations from both countries in Saudi Arabia.
