Second straight night of Israeli strikes on Gaza kill more than 50, hospital says

Israeli air strikes killed 54 people in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis overnight, the city’s Nasser Hospital said on Thursday. It was the second night of heavy bombing after air strikes Wednesday on northern and southern Gaza killed at least 70 people.
