Amid Gaza ceasefire, Israel begins operation to ‘eradicate terrorism’ in West Bank
An Israeli military operation on Tuesday in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin killed at least nine Palestinians and left at least 40 more people wounded, Palestinian health officials said. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the military intervention aimed to “eradicate terrorism” in the area.
