Berlin slams ‘inhumane’ Tehran for executing German-Iranian Jamshid Sharmahd

Slammed by Berlin as an “inhumane regime”, Iran on Monday executed dual German-Iranian national Jamshid Sharmahd after detaining him since 2020, when he was captured while travelling through the United Arab Emirates, according to his family. He had been convicted in the 2008 bombing of a mosque in Shiraz.
