Blasts at M23 rally in Congo: 11 killed, 65 wounded

The two explosions in Bukavu, eastern Congo, occurred just after a meeting held by the Alliance Flueve Congo, a rebel group that includes M23 fighters. At least 11 people were killed and 65 were injured. France24 Senior Reporter Catherine Norris Trent reports from Kinshasa.
