DR Congo and Rwanda leaders in crisis talks as M23 rebels seem to seize most of Goma

DR Congo President Felix Tshisekedi was scheduled to meet Rwandan leader Paul Kagame for an emergency summit Wednesday as M23 rebels backed by Rwandan troops appeared to have taken over most of the major city of Goma in the country’s east.
