DR Congo, Rwanda peace talks canceled
Congolese forces lose the town of Matembe in North Kivu to advancing M23 fighters.. Fighting flares up once again in the wake of Sundays scuppered peace talks in Angola between the leaders of Rwanda and DR Congo.
