Federal magistrate weighs arguments in Idaho news groups’ execution access lawsuit

A federal judge will hear arguments Tuesday morning in a lawsuit brought by three news organizations that say Idaho prison officials are unconstitutionally hiding parts of lethal injection executions from public view
