France: Prosecutors open a terror investigation after a Tunisian man was killed

Prosecutors in France have opened a terror investigation after a Tunisian man was shot dead by his neighbour in the region of Var in southern France..

The suspect has posted two racist videos online and fled the scene of the crime in a car, but was arrested after their partner alerted the police. The investigation was initially being handled by regional prosecutors, but was taken over by anti-terror prosecutors. The 54 year old also badly wounded a Turkish man. Antonia Kerrigan reports.
