France sets new Guinness world record of cheese fondue — of 2,117.5 kilograms

France has set a new Guinness World Record by serving up the world’s largest cheese fondue. The goal was simple: beat out a previous attempt by rival Switzerland, and a little bit of rain was not going to dampen the atmosphere. Story by Charlotte Lam.
