Ghana: President John Mahama names envoy to Sahel states

Ghana’s president John Mahama has extended an invitation to the military leaders of Burkina Faso Mali and Niger to attend next week’s 50th anniversary celebrations of ECOAS in Accra. The three Sahelian nations withdrew from the regional block after facing suspensions threats following military takeovers. France 24’s Justice Baidoo tells us more.
