Hamas pushes for phase two of truce talks, urges Israel to allow aid into Gaza

Hamas reiterated its call to move forward on negotiating the second phase of its ceasefire with Israel Sunday, stressing the need for humanitarian aid to be allowed into the besieged Gaza Strip. Israel said it would send a delegation to Doha for further talks.
