Heathrow Airport ‘fully operational’ after fire causes daylong closure

More than 1,300 flights were canceled and some 200,000 people stranded Friday after a fire at a power station cut power to London  Heathrow Airport. The huge impact of the fire prompted criticism that Britain’s creaking infrastructure is ill-prepared to deal with disasters or attacks.
