‘Higher’ voter turnout in Romania’s presidential election redo

A presidential election rerun kicked off Sunday in Romania at 7am with voters showing up in higher numbers than for last year’s annulled election after a far right candidate won the first round. FRANCE 24’s Maris Gerth-Niculescu reports from Bucharest.
