India blames Pakistan for terrorist attack that left 26 dead in Kashmir region

India has accused Pakistan of being behind a terrorist attack in the Kashmir region that left 26 people dead. The attack, claimed by the Kashmir Resistance group, targeted tourists and is considered the deadliest in the area since 2000. Tensions between the two countries have escalated as a result.
