Marco Rubio makes first visit to NATO headquarters
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio made his first visit to NATO headquarters in Brussels on Thursday, amid fears that the US might withdraw from the military alliance and push to annex Greenland. Rubio called these concerns “hysteria and hyperbole,” insisting that the US remains committed to NATO, but reiterated US President Donald Trump’s call for all European members to drastically increase their financial contributions to the alliance.
