Mexico City bans violent bullfighting, sparking fury and celebration

Mexico City’s local congress has decided to impose strict rules on bullfighting in the city. With the passing of the bill, killing or maiming the bulls will no longer be allowed. For animal rights activists its a victory and for bullfighting afficianados, they say it’s the end of tradition in Mexico City. Solange Mougin has more.
