Putin issues direct threat to West, says Russia used new missiles in Ukraine

In his most direct threat to Ukraine’s allies yet, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that he had used new mid-range ballistic missiles in Ukraine, and reserved ‘the right’ to use the same weapons on the West.
