Tanzania: two officials from the opposition party, Chadema, arrested

Two top officials from Tanzania’s main opposition party, Chadema, have been arrested on their way to court. They were planning on attending proceedings against their leader, Tundu Lissu, who has been accused of treason for calling for reforms ahead of October’s elections.
