Tens of thousands return to devastated north Gaza after breakthrough on hostages

Palestinians began returning to the north of the Gaza Strip on Monday after a deal was struck with Hamas for the release of an additional six hostages. Their return comes amid a fragile ceasefire in the 15-month war which has ravaged the Gaza Strip and displaced nearly all its inhabitants.
