Tens of thousands without power as Storm Eowyn’s record winds lash Ireland
Tens of thousands of homes in Ireland lost power on Friday as winds of 183 kilometres per hour lashed the country’s western coast. Météo France has warned that Storm Eowyn will cause heavy rainfall and flooding in the northwest region of Brittany.
