Trump says US will double steel and aluminium tariffs to 50 percent

US President Donald Trump told workers at a US Steel plant in Pennsylvania Friday that he would be doubling the US’s steel and aluminium tariffs to 50 percent starting June 4. The US is the world’s largest steel importer after the European Union.
