The USA capital, Washington, saw its first organized protest since Trump defeated Kamala Harris for the presidency. Hundreds voiced their opposition to the conservative group’s Project 2025, a highly controversial set of proposals that would vastly expand presidential powers, reshape federal bureaucracy, and impose an ultra-conservative social vision, like further curtailing women’s reproductive rights.
