Vancouver car-ramming suspect charged with murder as hundreds attend vigils for victims

Canadian prosecutors have charged a 30-year-old Vancouver resident with murder for killing at least 11 people between the ages of five and 65 and injuring around two dozen people when he rammed a SUV through a crowd at a Filipino community festival in Vancouver.
