Zelensky ‘ready’ to hand North Korean POWs to Pyongyang
On Sunday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was prepared to hand over captured North Korean soldiers to Pyongyang in exchange for the return of Ukrainian prisoners of war held in Russia. Zelensky’s offer came just hours after South Korea’s national intelligence service confirmed Kiev’s announcement that two wounded North Korean soldiers had been captured by Ukrainian forces.
